Our products are only available in the United States.
All our products ships free within the continental US.
- All shipments are sent through USPS.
- In most cases, orders are processed within 48 hours from the time you place your order.
- The average transit time is 5-7 business days. Transit times may vary on your location and/or be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances outside of our control.
- Once our carriers indicate that the item has been delivered, we consider the order complete. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Our products are not returnable unless they were damaged during the transit time.
If you receive a damaged item, please take a picture of damaged item (s) and contact to customer service within 48 hours of delivery to receive a replacement item. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and exchanges are only for exact items purchased unless the item is no longer available.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN/EXCHANGE/REFUND:

- Refunds will be processed within 3 to 5 business days of receiving the items and will be applied directly to the payment method that was used to make the purchase. *

In most cases, refunds will be issued to the original form of payment for the corresponding order.
