Shipping & Returns

 SHIPPING POLICY:

Our products are only available in the United States.

All our products ships free within the continental US.

• All shipments are sent through USPS.
• In most cases, orders are processed within 48 hours from the time you place your order. 
• The average transit time is 5-7 business days. Transit times may vary on your location and/or be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances outside of our control.
• Once our carriers indicate that the item has been delivered, we consider the order complete. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

RETURNS POLICY:

Our products are not returnable unless they were damaged during the transit time.

DAMAGED ITEMS: 

If you receive a damaged item, please take a picture of damaged  item (s) and contact to customer service within 48 hours of delivery to receive a replacement item. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and exchanges are only for exact items purchased unless the item is no longer available. 

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN/EXCHANGE/REFUND:

1. Items (s) may be returned/refunded only do to damaged during the transit time. You must make a claim within 48 hours of delivery by contacting support@utahrockymtn.com
   A member of our team will get back to you with details on how to take the next step.
2. If you are to receive a refund, it will be issued when the returned item has been received.
3. Refunds will be processed within 3 to 5 business days of receiving the items and will be applied directly to the payment method that was used to make the purchase. *

*Please be informed that usually refunds can take up to 5-10 business days to completely process after the refund has been initiated. In most cases, refunds will be issued to the original form of payment for the corresponding order. If payment method is no longer active, please reach out to our customer support team for further assistance.
