Terms of Sale

By placing an order, you are offering to purchase a product and subject to the following terms and conditions.

In order to contract with Natural Beauty Supply, you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. When placing an order, you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.

A sale will not be formed until we send you confirmation by e-mail that the goods which you ordered have been dispatched to you.

Pricing and Availability

Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as canceled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the ‘Total Cost’.

Shipping

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (Monday – Friday). Processing time is the period after your order is placed when your payment is verified, the order is transmitted to our fulfillment center, and the items are prepared for shipment.

We offer fast shipping to anywhere in the United States. All items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Please allow 1-3 business days for delivery.

Sometime dispatch times may vary according to availability and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.

Refunds and Exchanges

We take customer satisfaction as a priority. All of our products are tested for quality and all shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. Please, check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for a damaged packaging/product must be made within 72 hours of receipt of your package to the following e-mail support@utahrockymtn.com.

There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning/exchanging a product that has been damaged while shipping:

We stand behind our products 100%. However, if any product does not meet your expectations, we will gladly give you the opportunity to exchange the product for another product or receive a full refund. To be eligible for a refund, you must return the entire order. We do not issue partial refunds/returns.  You will be refunded for the product value only, not any shipping expenses.
